First of all, thank you for choosing to work with me.
Acting can be a strange industry to navigate at times, and my aim is to make coaching, training and support as straightforward as possible. These terms are here simply to make sure we're all on the same page.
Booking Sessions
All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through the website.
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive all the information you need ahead of the session.
Sessions are available on a 1-to-1 and 2-to-1 basis unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens. I completely understand that things can change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours notice and I will happily move your booking to another available date.
Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice cannot be refunded.
If I ever need to reschedule due to illness, work commitments or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Coaching & Advice
My aim is to provide guidance, training, support and practical advice based on my own professional experience as an actor, coach and educator.
While I will always do my best to help you progress towards your goals, I cannot guarantee auditions, representation, drama school places, castings, employment or specific career outcomes.
The acting industry is unpredictable at the best of times and no coach can promise results.
What I can promise is honesty, encouragement and a commitment to helping you develop your skills and confidence.
Respect & Conduct
I want sessions to be supportive, constructive and enjoyable for everyone involved.
Disrespectful, abusive, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in sessions being ended without refund.
Thankfully, I've never had to do this.
Under 18s
Anyone under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian before booking sessions.
Depending on age and circumstance, a parent or guardian may be required to be present during online sessions.
Online Sessions
For online coaching, it is your responsibility to ensure you have access to a stable internet connection and any software required to join the session.
If technical issues occur, I'll always do my best to find a fair solution.
Confidentiality
Anything discussed during coaching sessions will be treated with respect and confidentiality.
The exception to this is where there are safeguarding concerns or situations where I am legally required to share information.
Testimonials
From time to time I may ask whether you would be willing to provide a testimonial about your experience.
These will only ever be shared with your permission.
The Important Bit
Acting is difficult enough without unnecessary barriers.
My goal is to create the coach I never had: someone honest, approachable and genuinely invested in helping performers develop their confidence and craft.
