Refund Policy
I want booking a session with Acting With Adan to be as straightforward as possible.
This policy is simply here to explain when refunds can and cannot be provided.
Changing Your Mind
If you've booked a session and need to cancel, please provide at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled session.
With 48 hours notice, you can choose to:

Move your session to another available date

Receive a full refund

Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are not eligible for a refund.
This is because the session time has been reserved specifically for you and may be difficult to fill at short notice.
Missed Sessions
If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, refunds cannot be provided.
If there are exceptional circumstances, please get in touch and I'll always try to be reasonable where possible.
If I Need To Cancel
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a session due to illness, professional commitments or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either:

An alternative session date

A full refund
The choice is entirely yours.
Packages & Discounted Sessions
Any package bookings, discounted offers or promotional codes (including FIRSTTIME20) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If a package session needs to be rescheduled, the standard cancellation policy still applies.
Technical Issues During Online Sessions
If technical difficulties prevent a session from taking place, I will work with you to find a fair solution.
This may include:

Rescheduling the session

Extending the session time

Offering a partial or full refund where appropriate

My aim is to run Acting With Adan in the same way I approach coaching: honestly, fairly and with common sense.
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and whenever possible I'll do my best to find a solution that works for everyone.
