Acting can feel intimidating, especially when the industry often feels closed off or overly polished. Acting With Adan was created to offer something more grounded — a supportive space for actors and performers to develop confidence, strengthen their craft and explore truthful storytelling without ego or pressure.
Adan Osborne is a Leeds-based actor, tutor and proud working-class creative with professional credits across film, television, theatre, commercial performance and education.
Training includes; Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA), National Youth Theatre, Sheffield Crucible Young Company and Hull Truck Theatre’s Regional Young Actors Ensemble.
Recent work includes; 'Tinsel Town' (Dir. Chris Foggin), 'Here' (selected for BFI Flare 2025), the Tyson Fury ‘Furocity’ commercial, 'Maybrick',
Adan has over eight years’ experience working in education, including teaching youth theatre and delivering acting training across beginner, intermediate and advanced diploma courses at YAFTA. His coaching style combines professional performance training with a grounded, supportive and accessible approach centred around confidence, truthful storytelling and authentic performance.
About Adan
I’m a grounded and supportive acting coach passionate about helping performers build confidence, strengthen their craft and develop authentic storytelling. A huge part of why I began coaching comes from my own experience trying to navigate the industry through trial and error — second guessing myself, trying to figure out what people wanted from me and often feeling like I had to work everything out alone. Because of that, I want to be the kind of coach and mentor I wish I’d had earlier in my own journey.
My coaching focuses on creating an honest, encouraging and non-judgemental space where performers can grow creatively while feeling supported and understood.
My aim is not only to help people improve technically, but to share as much of my experience, guidance and encouragement as possible with others finding their own path into the industry.
